| 1 | 13580 | Audit Services | Provision of Expenditure Verification services for the project "Enhancing the Resilience of Vulnerable Women in the Southern Governorates of the West Bank through Economic Empowerment," funded by Enabel (Belgian Development Agency) and implemented by the East Jerusalem Young Men's Christian Association (EJ-YMCA).
Scope of Work:
The assignment requires an independent audit firm to carry out agreed-upon procedures for the verification of the project's financial expenditure, in accordance with the International Standard on Related Services (ISRS 4400), including:
- Verifying the eligibility of expenditure incurred against the terms of the Grant Agreement signed on 04/07/2024.
- Reviewing a sample representing at least 90% of total expenditure for the period, applying a materiality threshold of 2% with a 95% confidence level.
- Confirming compliance with applicable procurement rules and relevant tax and social legislation.
- Conducting field visits and reviewing supporting documentation (invoices, contracts, purchase orders, payslips, timesheets, etc.).
- Preparing a Report of Factual Findings, in English, without expressing an audit opinion.
Duration:
The mission is organized into three phases: a preliminary phase (maximum 5 working days), field work (20 working days, from 15/10/2026 to 15/11/2026), and the drafting and presentation of the final report.
