Supply, installation and commissioning of two (2) Full DC Inverter air-to-water swimming pool heat pumps, minimum 33 kW/unit, 380–400V/3Ph/50Hz, R32 refrigerant, titanium heat exchanger, suitable for year-round operation down to -5°C ambient temperature, including complete hydraulic/electrical installation, controls, commissioning, training and minimum 2-year full on-site warranty.
Detailed terms of reference is attached;
Documents to Be Submitted with the Offer
1. Full technical datasheet of the exact model offered, including heating capacity and COP tables at Air 27 °C / Water 27 °C, Air 15 °C / Water 26 °C, and at least one point at or below Air 10 °C.
2. Nameplate data of the exact model offered: voltage, phases, and frequency.
3. Required water flow rate and pressure drop per unit, and maximum running current per unit.
4. Name of the original equipment manufacturer and the country of manufacture.
5. A reference list of at least two commercial or public swimming pool installations of the offered product range in the region, with contact details.
6. Warranty terms and the written service arrangement described in Section 5.
7. An itemized price: equipment, installation and commissioning, and any options (e.g., extended warranty), stating the currency and VAT treatment.
8. Delivery and installation schedule, and offer validity of at least sixty (60) days.
• A site visit prior to submission is strongly recommended. Site visits may be made from Thursday, 10 September 2026 at 09:00 until Tuesday, 15 September 2026 at 14:00.
