Mohammad Nayif Othman, is a 42 years old Palestinian farmer, lives in Majdal Bani Fadil village, with six family members and owns four dunums (1 acre) of land. Mohammad states that the land and the olive trees hold special meaning for him. Initially, he expressed that he wasn't taking good care of his land because of the challenges they faced in Area C and that the settlers would attack and take it from him at any moment. But then he started caring for the land and planting olive trees just the same way he cares for and raises his children. Finally, he mentioned seeing the olive trees grow. I was filled with more joy and hope. and he expresses gratitude to everyone who supports him and his family with the olive trees. The Olive Tree Campaign supported Mohammad with 75 olive trees to help him stay in his land and keep hope alive.
